THIS IS NOT A DRILL: A Call to African Families Living in America to Wake Up Before It's Too Late

| June 15, 2025

The Alarms Are Ringing — Loud and Clear

We are no longer watching a slow unraveling of global peace. We are now in a full-blown acceleration of military escalation, governmental repression, and international confrontation — and Africans living in America must recognize the danger that is unfolding around them.

This is not about fear. This is not about surrender.

This is about choosing life, family, and foresight.

The Global Stage Is Burning

Since January 2025, the world has entered a new era of direct conflict and collapsing diplomacy:

Israel and Iran are at war. Israel’s Operation Rising Lion struck Iranian nuclear facilities in June, prompting Iran to launch multiple ballistic missile attacks in retaliation. Cities like Tel Aviv and Jerusalem are seeing casualties as the conflict deepens. Iran has vowed that “everyone will feel it.”

North Korea is not just militarizing — they’re choosing sides. Publicly denouncing the U.S. and openly supporting Palestine, Kim Jong Un’s regime has conducted special forces drills, live-fire exercises, and allegedly sent troops and weapons to Russia for its war in Ukraine. Their alliance with Russia is not symbolic — it’s active.

Russia and Iran signed a 20-year strategic pact covering energy, security, and military coordination. Russian nuclear bombers are now stationed just 410 miles off U.S. soil, in the Chukotka Peninsula near Alaska.

Mexico has rejected U.S. military pressure, refused drone operations on its soil, and is rewriting its constitution to protect national sovereignty from foreign intervention — a direct rebuke to Trump’s aggressive foreign policy.

Latin American countries including Brazil, Bolivia, Honduras, Chile, and Colombia have recalled ambassadors or severed ties with Israel over Gaza. These governments have joined the growing chorus opposing the United States’ geopolitical stance.

The Situation Inside America Is No Safer

What if we told you the real threat is not just abroad?

The battlefield is being prepared inside U.S. borders.

Domestic Military Deployment Has Begun

Los Angeles is under military occupation. Trump deployed over 700 active-duty Marines and 4,000 National Guard troops to crush anti-ICE protests. Civilians are being detained by the military. Protesters have been shot. California attempted to block the deployment through the courts — the federal government overruled it.

Washington D.C. turned into a war theater on June 14. As Trump celebrated his birthday with a military parade of tanks and 7,000 troops, thousands of Americans marched in what’s been dubbed the “No Kings Protest.” Trump responded by invoking the Insurrection Act and threatening deadly force against demonstrators.

Civil liberties are vanishing. First Amendment protections are being undermined as the U.S. military begins to view protesters — not foreign enemies — as the threat.

Humanitarian Atrocities Are Being Suppressed, Not Solved

While these military expansions unfold, efforts to offer peace and aid are being violently blocked:

The Global March to Gaza — an international caravan of civilians from 32 countries seeking to deliver aid to Palestinians — has been stopped at the Egyptian border. Over 500 people have been deported, 200 detained, and Egyptian forces have allegedly paid thugs to attack solidarity protesters.

Aid convoys to Gaza are being fired upon. On June 15 alone, Israeli forces killed at least 8 civilians at food distribution sites. Aid flotillas from international NGOs and even ships carrying high-profile activists like Greta Thunberg have been seized and rerouted — some in international waters.

UN and Red Cross operations are blocked. Over 100+ aid trucks have been looted or stopped. Famine conditions are spreading. And still, the so-called civilized nations remain silent — or complicit.

A Message to African Immigrants in America — Prepare Now

There is a storm coming. And no one will be immune.

If you are an African immigrant in America — whether naturalized, undocumented, studying, or raising a family — you must understand this: America is not the safe haven you were promised. It is becoming a war zone. Not because someone told you to believe it, but because the facts confirm it.

You are not weak for preparing an exit strategy.

You are not paranoid for securing your children’s future.

You are not overreacting for choosing Africa, or anywhere outside of U.S. soil, as your ark of safety.

Final Call: Do What’s Best for Your Family

We are entering a new era. When empires fall, they do not crumble quietly. And history has taught us — the marginalized, the immigrants, the foreigners — are always the first to suffer when systems implode.

This is not a call to run out of fear.

This is a call to move with wisdom, pride, and strategy.

You still have time to:

Prepare your documents and passports.

Create international relocation plans with your loved ones.

Transfer savings and assets wisely.

Establish networks of support in safe nations — especially across Africa.

Build or strengthen dual-citizenship plans.

Join with organizations like Red Sea Round Table and Sankofa Society that are preparing the diaspora for self-reliance and repatriation.

America is arming itself against both external and internal threats. If you wait too long, you may become collateral damage. Don’t be a passive observer. Choose life. Choose legacy.

Leave not in fear — but in power.

The door is still open. Step through it while you can.
